Summary The
Travel Provider and Quality Specialist
is a licensed medical provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) responsible for delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care and ensuring clinical excellence across all Limitless Male clinic locations.
This Dual‑role Position Includes
Travel Provider Coverage: Providing in‑person or virtual medical care coverage for clinics as needed (illness, PTO, staffing shortages, etc.).
Quality Specialist Responsibilities: Partnering with leadership to assess clinical quality, train and mentor providers, and ensure consistent adherence to Limitless Male’s standards and protocols. Note: This position requires an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license. Applicants without a current medical provider certification will not be considered.
Duties And Responsibilities
Provide clinical provider‑level care in any and all clinics as needed, modeling Limitless Male’s core values and mission.
Travel to clinics to deliver in‑person patient care during coverage events or staffing gaps; virtual care may be used when appropriate.
Promote and lead a patient‑first culture while holding peers accountable to high standards of professionalism and clinical care.
Partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to evaluate provider competency and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Deliver onsite training, mentorship, and performance feedback to providers and clinical teams.
Stay current on protocols, procedures, and new product rollouts to act as a subject‑matter expert across locations.
Support implementation and follow‑up of training programs and action plans.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to maintain the highest level of patient care and clinic performance.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not directly supervise staff but indirectly supports all providers across locations through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
Conduct shadowing, mentoring, and clinical observation visits to promote best practices.
Document quality visits and provide feedback to the Director of Nursing regarding strengths and areas of improvement.
Ensure follow‑up on assigned corrective actions and support clinic leadership in execution.
Requirements
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license – Required
Minimum of 1 year of related clinical experience (men’s health or hormone therapy experience preferred)
Ability and willingness to travel to all clinics, including overnight stays (100% travel required)
Strong understanding of clinic operations and interdisciplinary workflows
Excellent communication, teaching, and mentorship skills
Proficient in: Microsoft Office Suite, HR Systems, RXNT, EMR/CRM system
