This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Project Manager located in Phoenix, AZ. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including planning, coordination, and execution to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing logistics, expediting project timelines, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Additionally, the Project Manager will communicate effectively with stakeholders, supervise project teams, and address any challenges that arise during project execution. Qualifications
Strong skills in Project Management, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects efficiently. Experience with Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure project timelines are met. Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate materials, resources, and schedules effectively. Competence in conducting thorough Inspections to maintain safety and quality assurance standards. Excellent organizational and communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Familiarity with mechanical subcontracting, HVAC systems, or related fields is a plus. Technical expertise in construction processes and documentation is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Seniority Level
