creative werks partners with Top 100 food brands to bring their products to market through our design, co-packing and manufacturing services. As a member of the creative werks Client Services team, the Project Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day project management of assigned projects and clients. Project Managers work with internal and client stakeholders to elicit, validate, prioritize and document client and internal requests and assist in the development of executable solutions to resolve the business and client’s production needs.
The Project Manager will own a client(s) and/or business need following the sale cycle driving development, internal/external alignment, project delivery, and close (the end‑to‑end supply chain).
This position requires an elevated level of organizational, planning skills, attention to detail and holding all stakeholders accountable. Working the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while creating an environment that motivates, inspires and respects others.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales and other departments to resolve challenges, provide updates and ensure alignment on project objectives and goals
Lead quarterly internal client operations presentation (business reviews) including metrics on the following: attainment, revenue, consumer units, scrap, shipping, holds, average hold time, material management velocity, and year‑over‑year trends
Aid in conducting job costing analysis and monitor financial performance including tracking scrap, job financials, margins, packaging and freight costs, disposal fees, and sustainability/waste streams
Identify areas for process improvement and/or automation; lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, tracking progress and ensure measurable results
Manage the supply chain process, including workflow challenges, quality assurance and timely resolution of quality holds
Oversee inventory management, monitor slow‑moving inventory, establish seasonal volume locks with client and update ERP systems to ensure accurate project tracking and reporting
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives
Drive continuous improvement through curiosity of identifying areas of opportunities to drive measurable improvement followed by leading the process improvement initiatives. Progress should be tracked by identifying ideas and follow through until complete and delivered
Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Role may require 5% - 10% travel as needed
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Production/Operations Management, Supply Chain or related discipline preferred; High School Diploma or GED required with 7+ years of industry experience
2-3 years’ of direct experience working in project management, supporting multiple departments and/or stakeholders; account management a plus but not required
Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes including raw materials, vendor supply, production processes, machinery, quality control, etc.
Adept in Project Management philosophies such as Agile and/or Lean; PMP certification preferred but not required
Industry experience utilizing ERP software(s) such as Epicor, IFS, Oracle, Sage, SAP or Syteline
Possesses advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, SumIfs, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, etc.)
Exceptional written and verbal skills – able to interact effectively with all levels of the business, senior leadership and stakeholders that can pick up context quickly, navigate ambiguity and get to the heart of the solution
Demonstrated ability in thinking strategically, analytically and collaboratively with curiosity at heart
Self‑starter, persistent, self‑aware, assertive and comfortable working autonomously and with teams to move business and projects forward
Shows interests in helping to lead teams, train, coach and mentor managers to drive world‑class service and results
Working Conditions
Office setting and warehouse environment with temperature range of 55 – 80 degrees

The approved annualized base compensation range for this role is established at $75,000 – $100,000. Final offer amounts will be determined based on candidate skills, qualifications, experience and domain expertise.
