L3Harris Technologies is seeking a
Sr. Associate, Quality Analyst
to join our growing facility in
Camden, Arkansas .
This role supports the Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment's Missile Solutions Sector and provides entry‑level professionals with broad theoretical knowledge.
The candidate will work under general direction and guidance within standard processes for non‑routine tasks, reporting to a supervisor or higher level manager.
Job Schedule: 4 days a week, 10‑hour days.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of related administrative experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; alternatively a Graduate Degree or equivalent with up to 2 years of experience; or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related administrative experience.
Must be able to obtain a Secret Level Security Clearance (Post Start).
Preferred Additional Skills
Strong knowledge and experience with preparing and handling documentation for the sale of aerospace products.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain 5S+1 work area and implement and enforce Lean manufacturing principles.
Hands‑on experience in Documentation/Records Management or Configuration Management.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Document Management or equivalent software.
Knowledge of or experience with government‑related document submissions (e.g., WAWFDD250, WARP entry, ADC submissions).
