We encourage all applicants to apply directly, and we thank you for your understanding. Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Hardware Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with U.S. Headquarters users, providing timely and effective support for hardware-related incidents. You will join the U.S. users with non-retail hardware fulfillment, inventory, and break/fix services related to multiple platforms (e.g., Windows, macOS). This position will be responsible for fulfilling deployment/recovery requests related to hardware utilized by U.S. HQ users. Fulfillment includes stocking, picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping hardware. This position will also be responsible for detailed inventory management and break/fix operations. This role requires a high attention to detail as well as a general understanding or desire to learn the intricacies of the hardware that Tech U.S. supports. Responsibilities:

Hardware Incident Fulfillment (60%):

Responsible for the picking, shipment, and fulfillment of hardware to resolve hardware incidents. Ensuring timely delivery and accurate shipments to meet user needs. Inventory Tracking and Reconciliation (15%):

Maintain and monitor inventory levels, ensuring that hardware supplies are accurate, up-to-date, and properly tracked. Conduct regular reconciliation of inventory to ensure all records align with physical stock. Firmware Configuration/Application (15%):

Apply necessary configurations or updates to hardware firmware as required. Ensure proper functionality of all devices by keeping firmware up to date. Break/Fix Operations (10%):

Provide support for break/fix activities, troubleshooting hardware issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that systems are back in operation with minimal downtime.

Required Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with U.S. HQ users and internal teams. Ability to lift 25+ lbs. and move pallets. Ability to work independently with limited supervision, while also thriving in a collaborative environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to execute established processes accurately. Ability to work in ambiguous situations, providing flexibility and adaptability as needed. Excellent business relationship-building skills. Demonstrates strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with inventory systems and the ability to track and manage hardware supplies. Positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of organization and focus. Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with various teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Any MacBook certifications are a plus.
