111 Job Description: Analyze, design, code, test, debug, and document moderately complex application solutions that meet Capital Markets Securities business requirements and adhere to enterprise and specific architectural standards. Focus on applications and business domain expertise within the Capital Markets technology platform. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes but not limited to customized coding, software integration, analysis, configuring solutions, or using applications supporting Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, Loan Trading and Syndication, Investment Banking, Credit, Risk, and integration tools such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, or similar products to customize or generate a product. Plan and conduct robust unit testing, leveraging DevSecOps practices and tools. Support regression testing and provide SME support during sprint/feature releases. Provide direction in solution development and maintenance, working as a domain SME within a platform team throughout the product lifecycle. Analyze features and decompose into user stories to address Capital Markets product challenges. Deliver high-quality software ready for release, automate manual tasks, and support continuous engineering practices. Develop code according to acceptance criteria, and support integration, functional, and production-level SME support. QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree and two years of experience or equivalent 2. Knowledge of information systems and practical application 3. Ability to manage priorities and solve problems using experience and judgment 4. Experience with Capital Markets IT initiatives 5. Effective communication skills 6. Experience with Agile methodologies 7. Capital Markets domain expertise in areas such as Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, etc. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience 2. Banking or financial services experience 3. SaFE Agile certification or similar 4. CFA or similar domain certification 5. Knowledge of data analysis, BI tools, distributed systems, databases, and cloud platforms 6. Experience with DevSecOps and cloud providers 7. Knowledge of regulatory environment (SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA, FED)
