Sr. .Net Developer
to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. This role requires an experienced engineer with strong technical expertise in .Net, SQL, and Azure. You will primarily focus on maintaining and enhancing the current platform — no specific new initiatives are involved at this time. If you are a problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative hybrid work environment, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:
Lead development and maintenance efforts on the existing platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making Document technical designs, processes, and solutions Mentor junior developers and help drive best practices across the team Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a .Net Developer / Lead Engineer Strong hands-on experience with
.Net Core / .Net Framework Solid knowledge of
SQL Server
and
Azure cloud services Familiarity with
Java
(a plus) Experience or familiarity with
GitHub Copilot
(nice to have) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Additional Notes:
This is a
maintenance-focused role
— no new development initiatives currently planned Candidates must be based near

to meet the hybrid schedule Must be able to commit to the
