Chatbot Developer

We are seeking a skilled Chatbot Developer with hands-on experience in chatbot platforms such as AMELIA (preferred) or similar frameworks like Azure AI or Microsoft Bot Framework. The ideal candidate should have strong scripting skills, a good understanding of NLP/NLU, and integration experience using tools like Apache Camel or Mulesoft. This role requires close collaboration across functional teams to translate business workflows into automated conversational logic and integrations. Job Responsibilities: Convert visiograms and conversation flows into working chatbot scripts Integrate chatbot solutions using Apache Camel (preferred) or Mulesoft Test APIs and chatbot flows using tools like Postman or Insomnia Monitor and analyze dashboards in AMELIA to improve user interaction and identify enhancements Manage and grant access to AMELIA for relevant team members Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams Optionally contribute to UI enhancements of the chatbot Required Skills:

Experience with chatbot development, preferably with AMELIA Knowledge of other chatbot frameworks such as Azure AI or MS Bot Framework Strong understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing) and NLU (Natural Language Understanding) concepts Experience with API integration using Apache Camel or similar tools Familiarity with Postman or Insomnia for API testing Agile methodology experience Preferred Skills:

Experience with Mulesoft as an alternative integration tool Exposure to chatbot performance monitoring and user behavior analysis UI development exposure for chatbot front-ends Certifications:
