Job Summary
The
Boomi Programmer
will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integration processes using the Boomi integration platform. This role will ensure that business systems, including CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications, communicate effectively, helping to improve data flow and operational efficiency. You will be an integral part of our IT team, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement integration solutions that align with business objectives. Responsibilities
Integration Development:
Design, develop, and implement integrations using the Boomi platform to connect various enterprise applications (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.). Customization:
Develop customized solutions using Boomis integration components, including Process, Integration, and API management, to meet specific business needs. System Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integration processes, ensuring that all integrations are running smoothly and efficiently. Troubleshooting:
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, working with both technical and business teams to ensure timely resolution. Collaboration:
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other IT team members to gather requirements and design integration solutions that improve business operations. Automation & Optimization:
Implement automated workflows and processes to improve business efficiencies and reduce manual efforts. Documentation:
Maintain clear documentation for integration processes, including data mappings, system configurations, and workflow designs. Continuous Learning:
Stay current with the latest Boomi features and industry best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform and continuous improvement of integrations. Testing & Validation:
Ensure that integration solutions are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Qualifications Education:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with other integration platforms or middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Jitterbit) is a plus. Knowledge of cloud technologies and best practices for cloud-based integration. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Experience in the telecommunications or customer service industry is beneficial. Experience 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Boomi integration development. Proven experience working with integration tools and platforms, particularly Boomi. Familiarity with common enterprise applications such as ERP (NetSuite), CRM (Salesforce), and cloud-based systems. Knowledge of integration patterns, web services, and data transformation techniques. Minimum Salary: $90,300 Maximum Salary: $121,800 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
