Oversee the UPS process, ensuring timely reviews, accurate tracking, and effective stakeholder communication. External:

Manage the UPS pipeline, schedule meetings with Unity, and maintain strong relationships with their team. Finalization:

Compile review documentation, manage escalations, ensure budget alignment, and initiate deal creation. Procurement Lifecycle Management:

Administration:

Handle legal, privacy, risk, and financial processes across multiple internal tools. Process Improvement:

Contribute to system, process, and tool updates to enhance efficiency and compliance. Management:

Differentiate between service and product purchases and manage procurement accordingly.

Execution and Project Management:

Project Kickoff and Management:

Initiate projects, track milestones, manage finances, and oversee invoice approvals and forecasting. Collaboration:

Liaise with the Unity Account Manager on QBRs, financial reporting, and risk management. Documentation and Reporting:

Create and maintain project documentation, document processes and best practices, lead status meetings, and provide regular reports.

Post-Deal Follow-up:

Conduct post-deal reviews and gather customer satisfaction feedback.

Financial and Impact Analysis:

Experience tracking, measuring, and forecasting financial performance and impact. Data Analysis:

Gaming Industry Experience:
