Lead the finance and accounting team, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting. Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's mission and goals. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting leadership roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
