Junior Consultant Anaesthesiology Reporting to:
Group Medical Officer Experience:
5 years of relevant experience Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in various anaesthetic techniques and procedures – MAC, Regional, and General anaesthesia techniques Experience with all kinds of vascular access (CVP, arterial line, Haemodialysis catheter) Skilled in USG-guided nerve blocks Ability to handle emergencies in ICU and emergency wards Key Result Areas: Participate in forming and implementing departmental protocols Support and coordinate with seniors in the department Responsibilities: Develop the department overall and its subspecialties Contribute to academic activities related to the department Guide and educate paramedical staff in protocol implementation Ensure safe patient care within the hospital Maintain accurate, legible, and detailed documentation of patient data, discussions, and advice Implement departmental goals and objectives effectively Conduct classes for clinical and non-clinical staff on Basic Emergency procedures Coordinate with colleagues from other clinical departments for smooth patient management Conduct daily ICU rounds Assist in clinical audits and strive to improve clinical functions
