Cyberspace Solutions, a Crimson Phoenix company, seeks highly qualified individuals for the role of Captured Enemy Material Subject Matter Expert (CEM SME) to support a USSOCOM contract. The CEM SME will participate in the exploitation and analysis of CEM-related documents and media, with in-depth analytic skills to identify, assess, and report on enemy capabilities and tactics. The role supports target development, warning, and the production of strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence analysis. Collaboration across the intelligence community is essential. Intelligence SMEs should possess SME-level skills in specific disciplines, with demonstrated experience and results. They should understand training and mission requirements and communicate effectively with USSOCOM senior leadership and customers. Expertise is necessary to assist USSOCOM staff and related organizations in developing prudent courses of action (COAs), prioritizing tasks, training team members, and employing technical knowledge for long-term operational benefits. Employees must maintain global readiness and be available for deployment on short notice to hazardous or combat zones, often living in austere conditions for extended periods. Responsibilities

The CEM SMEs will prepare and deliver briefings and assessments to U.S. and foreign intelligence consumers, the Intelligence Community, DoD, and other U.S. government officials on CEM intelligence issues. They will produce intelligence products through research, analysis, evaluation, and publication of routine intelligence studies and reports. Collaboration with analysts across the DoD and Intelligence Community on forecasts and assessments is required. They will also maintain various manual and automated databases of relevant intelligence information to support ongoing and future research. Qualifications

The ideal candidate shall possess: A minimum of 10 years of experience in analytical intelligence operations within an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or equivalent non-DoD inter-agency community. At least 5 years of operational analysis in their field, with 2 years in managerial roles supporting special operations, including overseas tours with a Special Missions Unit (SMU) and SOF in operational environments providing direct analysis support. Advanced skills in F3EAD targeting methodology, with broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and demonstrable experience leading analytical efforts culminating in products. Expertise in the Intelligence Cycle, HVI Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns of Life Analysis, SSE, and data-at-rest analysis. Proven understanding of analytical theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to intelligence operations. Expert knowledge of tradecraft, tools, and methods for collecting, analyzing, and integrating complex targeting information. Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility. A valid US passport. The ability to pass pre-deployment requirements, including medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screenings. Ability to obtain necessary immunizations as required by the contract.
