Job Description - Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect (080265) Adobe Experience Platform – AEP – Architect

The Adobe Experience Platform applications architect will work with internal business units to architect, design, and oversee solution deployments leveraging Adobe Experience Platform (RTCDP, AJO, CJA). Extensive interaction with clients, corporate infrastructure, business analysts, and project teams is required to ensure superior client service and on-time delivery. This role collaborates with the Adobe team and other groups to create new client solutions, optimize existing solutions, and troubleshoot as needed. Knowledge of marketing and technical database systems or Customer Data Platform software is essential. Key Responsibilities Develop solutions using AEP and other Adobe Experience Cloud components. Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding requests and project status. Assist with deployed Customer Data Platform solutions in production. Understand, customize, and optimize the entire Customer Data Platform process, including requirements, testing, deployment, and quality control. Manage customer profile activities during initial development stages. Document solutions and train staff on AEP execution roles. Key Skills and Experience 10+ years of professional experience and a relevant Bachelor’s Degree, or 13+ years without a degree. Strong knowledge in personalization strategies. Completed Adobe Developer and Architect Training in AEP. At least one end-to-end AEP implementation. Experience with XDM schemas and migrating profiles to AEP. Understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and Adobe Security models. Knowledge of AEM components and other Customer Data Platforms like Salesforce CDP. Adobe AEP Architect Certification desired, or ability to achieve within six months. Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Ability to identify and document functional and non-functional requirements. Experience presenting solutions to senior stakeholders. Detail-oriented and well-organized. Excellent communication skills. Additional skills such as SQL, J2EE, LDAP/Active Directory are advantageous.
