About the Role We are seeking motivated
CNC Milling & Lathe Operators
to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for daily production support, running CNC machines, and ensuring top-quality parts.
Responsibilities
Load, unload, and operate
CNC mills and lathes (Kitamura, Brother, Miyano, Doosan, Smart) .
Inspect and troubleshoot parts to maintain production flow.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and part specifications.
Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges).
Follow all quality and safety standards in a fast-paced machining environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of CNC machining or machine operation experience preferred (training available for motivated candidates).
Basic understanding of machining concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and solid work ethic required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Local candidates only.
There is no relocation package.
