Practice Details:
10 providers 100% outpatient setting or mainly outpatient setting with 1-week of Hospitalist shifts per month Traditional 18-22 patients per day, but you can see more if you'd like Day consists mostly of scheduled patient visits; walk-ins can be added to schedules Can see all ages or only adult/geri patients Hospitalist week - no clinic, capped at 6 patients Clinic weeks - no call, no nights Can work ER shifts if interested Autonomy in practice - practice top-level patient care how you see fit Support physician interests (e.g., sports medicine, weight loss, etc.) Flexibility and work/life balance - attend family events, encouraged to use PTO Private physician office 2 new ORs being built Draw area is a 200-mile radius - patients come from neighboring towns for care No layoffs during COVID - resilient during difficult times NM is not a tort reform state, but the practice is covered by tort reform - extra protection if sued High earning potential over $700k (based on experience) Additional $92,400 per year for 1 week per month hospitalist shifts Location:
