to support work/life balance Position Summary The Licensed Integrated Mental Health Therapist-BHN is responsible for independently providing assessments, treatment/care planning, and psychosocial therapy within a primary care clinic setting for a diverse population of preventative, acute care, and chronic disease management patients. The incumbent uses a variety of theoretical treatment models and interventions and excellent communication skills to work within a primary care/chronic disease management team setting with limited supervision. They document treatment/communication in keeping with department standards and keep current on community resources to effectively provide linkage and advocacy to fulfill clients' needs. Requirements Master's degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or eligibility for licensure upon hire Minimum two (2) years of experience in a behavioral health setting Our Values As a MultiCare employee, you'll reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, Kindness, and Joy.
