Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer to monitor and improve the quality of our processes and outputs. The role involves troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and making a significant impact on our production. Responsibilities include: Monitoring quality performance via KPIs. Documenting CARs, SCARs, FMEAs, and FTRs. Conducting root cause analysis and managing non-conformances. Supporting our QMS through audits and action plans. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Analyzing data and preparing reports. Implementing advanced quality planning for new products. Maintaining vendor certificates and generating MDRs. Assessing impacts of VDDRs on schedules and QMS. Developing and improving policies and procedures. Analyzing scrap, rework, and customer complaints to identify trends. Performing inspections and testing to meet specifications. Interpreting ASME Y14.5 standards and using various inspection tools. Programming and operating Romer arms. Possibly certifying in NDE (liquid penetrant) Level II. Traveling for supplier inspections and audits. Supporting supplier quality initiatives and RCA collaborations. Qualifying new suppliers and analyzing data for continuous improvement. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in quality, industrial, electrical, or mechanical engineering. A master's degree and certifications like ISO 9001:2015 auditor or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, analytical, and technical skills are essential. Knowledge of ISO standards, manufacturing processes, inspection techniques, and data analysis tools is required. Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range in California is $78,000 - $95,000, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k), flexible spending, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Our Commitment
