National Multi-Family Construction Group is currently seeking a
Director of Construction . This position reports to the President of Construction and oversees operations across multiple states.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Complete oversight of the Construction Team
Facilitating daily interactions between the Construction and Development Teams
Collaborating with the Construction Team in managing relationships with subcontractors
Assisting the Construction Executive in drafting client proposals
Partnering with the Construction Executive on contract administration and management
Working with preconstruction, estimating, and scheduling teams on project estimates and schedules
Providing direction to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope
Performing on-site Project Manager duties on small scope projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field preferred
Experience in Multi-Family Construction is required
Mid-Rise project experience is preferred
Podium project experience is preferred
Proficiency in Excel and Word
Strong organizational and prioritization skills; detail-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
