Treasury and Risk Manager | Senior Level | Full time Area of Focus:

Corporate Treasury Financial Risk Management team develops, leads, and executes processes to effectively manage global financial risk. This includes proactively managing financial exposures to protect earnings and cash flow from market volatility by optimizing currency hedging programs and providing risk management advice for complex contracts. The Treasury Risk Management Manager is responsible for all risk management front office trade execution activities related to the balance sheet and cash flow hedging programs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and analyze foreign exchange exposure using SAP; understand impacts on cash flow and balance sheet transactions Monitor and assess risks associated with FX balance sheet, FX cash flow, and interest rate hedging programs Execute trades with multiple banks using third-party tools Interact daily with external banking partners Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports Analyze FX results and other income/expenses monthly Ensure compliance with Treasury policies and internal control requirements Support trading activities with systems like SAP, Bloomberg, and FXAll Understand foreign exchange impacts of recapitalizations, dividends, or tax restructuring Have working knowledge of debt markets and related hedging programs Possess knowledge of derivatives markets and products, including FX and interest rate instruments Maintain thorough knowledge of Risk, Compliance, and Audit competencies Basic Qualifications: At least 1 year of supervisory experience At least 5 years of corporate treasury experience, including Foreign Exchange Preferred Qualifications: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) Proficiency in SAP, Bloomberg, FXAll, Power BI Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong understanding of accounting principles Professional Skills: Leadership demonstrated in professional settings, military or civilian Teamwork and collaboration skills We accept applications continuously; no fixed deadline.
