Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. QUALIFICATIONS
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Able to obtain Property & Casualty & Life & Health Licenses Additional Information
