Cordia Resources is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support domestic and international accounting operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing the month-end close process, performing variance analysis, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have NetSuite experience and a strong understanding of both domestic and international accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. • Perform variance analysis, investigating and explaining fluctuations in financial results. • Ensure compliance with GAAP and international accounting standards. • Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts for both domestic and international entities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and operational decisions. • Assist with tax compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions. • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • CPA or CMA preferred but not required. • Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, including experience with NetSuite. • Strong knowledge of domestic and international accounting practices. • Experience with financial close processes, reconciliations, and variance analysis. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
