Job Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to gather the requirements Develop, test, and deploy APIs Write tested, idiomatic, and documented Java code Cooperate with the front-end developer in the process of integrating the RESTful API Communicate with external web services Produce, maintain, and modify REST APIs Ensure APIs are developed using industry-standard best practices Fix any issues or bugs that arise Demonstrate expertise in Core Java Demonstrate expertise in Spring framework Show experience in multithreading Show experience in design patterns Show experience in building microservices/API from a monolith application Show experience in handling web application vulnerabilities Handle production issues Have 2-4 years of cloud experience (Google/Azure/AWS) Have experience in BDD and TDD; experience with test-driven design & development, unit and integration testing, CI/CD Have knowledge of Jira, Git/SVN, Jenkins, DevOps, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Fortify, Sonar, Blackduck, etc. Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of hands-on experience in the development of RESTful APIs and microservices using the technology stack: Java/J2EE, Spring framework, Spring Batch, Kubernetes Services, Oracle DB, Apigee/API Gateway. #J-18808-Ljbffr
