Compensation Range:
$100K - $150K
This is a full-time role for a Senior ServiceNow Developer (US Citizen) based in the United States. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet customers' business needs. You will work on back-end web development, software development, and programming tasks while engaging in object-oriented programming (OOP). The preferred location for a candidate is Boston and nearby areas, and it's a remote role located in the United States, allowing work from home.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
Customize ServiceNow applications, including scripting, UI policies, ACLs, and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide innovative solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs and other technologies.
Perform regular platform maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues promptly.
Document technical specifications and configurations. Requirements
Required : Proven 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as SPM or CSM is a must.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Preferred : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and CIS-SPM or CIS-CSM.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
