and grow your career in a stimulating environment. This role provides support to the Business Lead in analyzing, documenting, and designing business processes and tools for a

new ETRM tool implementation . You will work closely with Middle Office and Back Office business stakeholders and IT developers. The candidate will help implement a new post-trade framework (Market Risk, P&L, Credit Risk, Accounting, Invoicing) while utilizing existing modules. Expertise in electronic trading information systems would be a significant advantage. Role and Responsibilities Collect and evaluate data to build business requirements and procedures Create and maintain functional specifications Draft process models and assist with training business stakeholders Create and maintain documentation Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a related field such as computer science, information technology, or a technical degree Knowledge of the Power and Gas Energy Industry / ISO market trading Experience working in Market Risk / P&L / Back Office is required Knowledge of ETRM systems Relevant experience partnering with Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office users on IT projects Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) Proficient with Windows operating systems At Talan, we invest in our employees' well-being and offer benefits such as: The salary range for this role is US$90,000 - US$140,000 401(k) retirement plan with company matching 15 days of paid vacation per year at hire, increasing to up to 27 days based on seniority (untaken vacation days are cashed out) 8 paid holidays, 5 sick days, and 2 personal days annually Company health, dental, and vision insurance plans + FSA Voluntary STD and LTD insurance options All information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
