About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Executive Recruiting to play a pivotal role in the establishment and governance of its global executive search function. The successful candidate will be the chief architect of the processes used to identify, assess, and hire senior executive talent, with a focus on VP-level and above positions. This strategic leader will be responsible for designing and implementing the executive search operating model, defining standards and processes that align with the company's leadership commitments, and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include strategic function establishment, executive search execution, talent pipelining, and leading a community of practice for executive recruiting. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in executive recruiting, with a strong background in leading VP-level and above searches, preferably in a high-growth, high-scale technology or SaaS environment. The role requires a blend of hands-on executive search execution, strategic program design, and a relentless pursuit of operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and overhauling executive search processes, exceptional communication skills, and a deep commitment to aligning selection practices with organizational values. They should also have experience in serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders and be adept at building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives.
