About The Practice Our general ophthalmic practice is seeking a therapeutic optometrist for general clinic duties. Wiggins Eye Center is a full-service ophthalmology practice offering comprehensive eye care and ophthalmic surgery in Texarkana and the Ark-La-Tex. We offer each patient the highest quality of customized vision care and are grateful for the opportunity to serve Texarkana and the Ark-La-Tex. Our practice is in Texarkana, Texas, and is a very busy general practice specializing in state-of-the-art cataract surgery, medical retina, and all other areas of general eye care. Requirements Applicants must have a strong interest in therapeutic optometry as our population needs true comprehensive care. We pride ourselves on being a warm and loving place for all patients and providing the highest level of eyecare and expect the same from our team! Why You’ll Love the Position Great Schedule - Position is 8am-5pm Monday through Thursday and 8am-12pm on Friday. With this schedule, members of our team are encouraged to maintain a healthy work-life balance! Comprehensive Compensation - We offer a very competitive base salary coupled with a production bonus of 1% of paid collections. Benefits include three week paid vacation and one week paid for continuing education annually, all professional dues and continuing education fees, malpractice insurance, and flexibility with scheduling. Salary $140,000.00 per year with 3-week paid vacation and 1 week paid for continuing education. Bonus 1% of gross collections.
