Assist with activities, handle medication administration, and chart accordingly. Supervise residents' medication self-administration, assist with daily activities. Qualifications: Licensed LPN or RN. Ability to lift at least 51 lbs and assist residents physically. Fluent in English. Experience with memory care residents preferred if applicable.
