Nealy Pierce has been engaged by an award winning, 100+ bed community hospital in Tennessee to recruit an inspirational and collaborative ICU Director (RN) to join its nursing leadership team!

About the Hospital and the Department:

Growing 100+ bed community hospital that has served its community for over 50 years

Joint Commission Accredited

Accredited Chest Pain Center

Position will manage a team of 25 FTE's across a mixed Med/Surg ICU and Inpatient Rehab Unit that treats a variety of patients including medical and surgical patients

Reports to a transformational and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer

Highlights/Benefits for the ICU Director (RN):

Annual base salary up to $115k + annual Director level bonus incentive up to 10% + up to $10k relocation assistance/sign on bonus

The ICU Director (RN) will be responsible for managing the strategic direction of the department as well as the day to day operations of the department; directing, supervising and evaluating the nursing team; ensuring the highest level of patient safety and quality; planning and administering the annual budget with the DON; building positive and collaborative relationships across all levels

ICU Director (RN) Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred / Associate's degree in Nursing required

RN Active License State of Tennessee

Minimum two (2) years of ICU leadership experience

At least three (3) years of Critical Care/ICU nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting

Proven track record in leading and managing teams, improving patient satisfaction and employee engagement

INSPIRATIONAL and collaborative leadership style is a must
