About the Director of Nursing, Women's and Infants Services We are seeking an inspirational and transformational leader who will provide the strategic and visionary direction of the department, serve as a mentor to the nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, build and maintain positive physician relationships, manage the department budget, and ensure the highest level of quality and patient safety is provided to the community.
Qualifications & Requirements for Director of Nursing, Women's and Infants Services
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (BSN) / Master's preferred
RN Active License required
OB Certification is a plus!
Five (5)+ years of recent Labor and Delivery clinical nursing experience
Three (3)+ years of Labor and Delivery leadership experience highly desired - must have direct experience leading a team
Dynamic and inspirational leadership style
Proven track record of success in leading and mentoring a team and developing positive and collaborative physician relationships
