Requirements to initiate consideration for this position include the following: Apply for this position Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program Active or pending state physical therapist license Next steps for Complete Admissions Criteria: Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program Attainment of Maryland Physical Therapy licensure prior to beginning the residency Five references, including at least one clinical and one educational reference One letter of recommendation from a reference Interview with the Residency Program Director and Coordinator Current CPR certification Personal Vision and Development Plan submission Applications via RF-PTCAS and LHAAMC Careers webpage Compliance with employment requirements at Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center Minimum & Maximum Salary
