MAINTENANCE TECH | CREW MEMBER
to service the extended Metro Atlanta Area from our Statham, GA – East Branch. Crabapple is a privately owned Company that has been successfully operating for 30+ years. Our team of knowledgeable professionals is dedicated to delivering a comprehensive range of services that enhance our customers' outdoor environments. We remain one of Atlanta’s top five locally-owned landscape firms. As a premier landscape management Company, we are proud to partner with Community HOAs, Senior Living Facilities, Corporate Campuses, multi-family housing Communities, Commercial Properties, CIDs, Etc. An ideal candidate would be skilled and highly motivated, with a focus on working safely and delivering outstanding customer service. The core requirements of the Maintenance Tech | Crew Member will be to complete lawn maintenance assignments efficiently and effectively. Primary Responsibilities: Ability to effectively and safely operate essential lawn care equipment, including mower, blower, weed eater, edger, rake, etc. Perform landscape maintenance functions, including edging, mowing, digging, weed eating, pruning, raking, planting, mulching, and blowing leaves. Hold yourself accountable for quality workmanship. Work with teammates to maintain neat, clean, and orderly conditions at the properties. Meet with your Foreman / Crew Lead to understand Project Assignments. Complete Hands-on leadership and training are assigned to you. Attend and participate in required safety meetings Submit and review required paperwork, including timesheets, receipts, daily debriefs, and inspection reports, accurately and on time. Work following all local health and safety laws and regulations at the shop, yard, and on job sites Help ensure equipment is always maintained and functioning correctly. Use required PPE (personal protective equipment) to operate equipment / work safely. Core Capabilities: Ability to communicate positively and effectively – Written and Verbal Effective Problem-Solving Skills Highly Self-Motivated with Time Management Skills Ability to Analyze Situations and Problem Solve Superior Customer Service Skills and Professional Interactions Excellent Interpersonal Skills Quality Workmanship Teamwork Focused Mindset Responsible and Dependable Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA and other Jobsite and Driver Safety Regulations Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Work Conditions / Essential Functions: Will be required to work in a non-climate-controlled environment Ability to walk and stand for long periods Manual, labor-intensive position, requiring lifting of up to 60 lbs. Travel to and work at various locations, including both residential and commercial sites Flexible working hours, including overtime and occasional weekend work – The Typical workday begins at 6:30 AM Required to work around heavy equipment and other vehicles regularly Benefits:
