The Job
The Digital Product Management Lead is responsible for leading the Digital Product team and maintaining a customer-driven, outcome-based focus for all product development initiatives. This role requires the ability to think strategically and perform tactically while navigating a highly matrixed organization. Additional responsibilities include coordinating across multiple functions and managing a small team with a highly collaborative attitude.
You Will
Ensure customer and stakeholder value is delivered by the product team Proactively plan and manage cross-functional team communications and keeps product team apprised of key decisions Navigate a highly matrixed organization to ensure positive outcomes Collaborate with design and engineering to develop new features and products Identify customer problems, develop hypotheses, and run experiments to evaluate hypotheses Balance business needs, customer experience, and technical feasibility to ensure optimal product outcomes Manage and prioritize product backlog by working with stakeholders for maximum efficiency Help develop a customer-driven, outcome-based product road map that incorporates business and stakeholder needs Evangelize and uphold lean agile practices and methodologies Be responsible for ensuring correct user story definition, acceptance criteria, and prioritization for the product backlog Proven ability to build, manage and foster teams of 4 20 people throughout the entire delivery lifecycle Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Ability to communicate and articulate status with senior executive leadership Helps establish product vision and ensure continuous adherence from cross-functional teams We seek Rebels who are curious about AI and its power to transform how we operate and serve our members. Your Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 6-8 years experience in product management 4+ years of management experience and leading team members. Experience in Medicare industry preferred Proven ability to build, manage and foster teams of 4 20 people throughout the entire delivery lifecycle. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Ability to communicate and articulate status with senior executive leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work and deliver multiple projects simultaneously on tight deadlines Excellent organizational and project management skills
