This PRN position is for a General Psychiatrist to provide inpatient consultation-liaison psychiatric services at St. Anne Hospital in Burien, WA, and potentially other hospitals within the Franciscan Health System. The role involves covering for sick leave, vacations, and time off. There may also be opportunities for outpatient psychiatric consultation through Franciscan Medical Group’s Collaborative Care implementation. The psychiatrist will work with a multidisciplinary team, including nursing and social work support, comprising seven Psychiatrists and one Psychologist. The role requires active participation in delivering patient care, meeting or exceeding standards for productivity, quality, and risk management, and engaging directly with patients daily. Qualifications
Medical Degree Unrestricted Washington State medical license in good standing Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting Excellent communication skills and a positive, flexible, solution-focused attitude Ability to synthesize medical and psychiatric data quickly and formulate evidence-based clinical recommendations Pay Range
