Psychiatrist - No nights or weekends Centurion of Florida is the leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional institutions throughout Florida. We have maintained a long-term partnership with the Florida Department of Corrections since 2017 and offer various practice opportunities across many locations. Location:
Reception and Medical Center near Gainesville, Florida Responsibilities include providing consultation liaison services within a large correctional hospital, managing inpatient and outpatient services, and caring for patients with complex psychiatric and medical conditions. We are expanding our psychiatric services across the state and seek qualified Psychiatrists near: Tallahassee, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Orlando, Ocala, and Miami. Opportunities include outpatient, inpatient, teaching, mentoring psychiatric residents, and consultation-liaison roles within correctional hospitals. We welcome professionals at all career stages, from seasoned experts to recent residents, with options suited for everyone. Benefits include: Increased 2024 Guaranteed Annual Salary Comprehensive Benefits Package including Paid Professional Liability Insurance State loan repayment & up to $50K NHSC loan forgiveness at select locations Weekday schedules promoting work-life balance Rotational telephonic on-call duties compensated separately, occurring every 6 to 8 weeks For Psychiatrists licensed in multiple states, inquire about our nationwide opportunities available in 15+ states.
