Travel RN Case Manager

Leadership and excellence in delivering quality healthcare services Expanding the horizons of medical knowledge through biomedical research Educating and training physicians and other healthcare professionals Position Summary: As an RN Case Manager you will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of case management strategies pursuant to the Case Management Plan. You will plan and coordinate the care of the patient from pre-hospitalization through discharge, and work with all members of the health care team to assure a collaborative approach is maintained in care and treatment of the patient.
Requirements: Must Have Epic Experience Must Have recent acute care experience Experience with Medical/Surgical/Telemetry/ICU/Peds/NICU/PICU/OB BLS required Minimum of two (2) years of case management experience or Three (3) years of acute hospital experience, will accept 1st time Traveler if coming from Level I, large facility Requirements: Associate's Degree in Nursing, Minimum Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing, Preferred Requirements: Current CA Registered Nurse Licensure, Required Certified Case Manager CCM or ACM, Preferred For prompt and confidential consideration, please apply to the link below: Click here to apply online
