is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in McHenry, IL, located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. As a NM Family Medicine physician in our practice, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families of all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on patients’ lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment that maintains work-life balance. The ideal candidate values high-quality care and building strong patient relationships in a clinic-based environment. Highlights: Join a team of 8 Primary Care Physicians Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm with flexible schedule Call responsibilities: One week every 6 months Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services Advance practice provider, nurse, and medical assistant support Multispecialty clinic with Immediate Care Center Hospital privileges at NM Huntley, McHenry, and Woodstock Hospitals EPIC electronic health system Qualifications: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine Valid and unrestricted IL license Additional Information: All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
