Starting Salary: $325,000 - $350,000 (excluding bonuses and incentives) Incentives: Productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift pay Benefits: Health, vision, dental insurance; Paid malpractice with tail coverage CME: Time and expense allowance Paid Time Off: Generous paid time away from practice Retirement: Employer-matched retirement savings plan Relocation Assistance and Starting Bonus available Additional Details
