Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time, board-certified or eligible Family Medicine Physician interested in practicing in a rural community. Join our well-established team of clinicians in Tomah, Wisconsin. The Tomah clinic is part of our regional healthcare system, providing care close to home for our patients.

Average number of patients:

Tomah clinic: 12-18 patients

Friendship clinic: 8-12 patients

Tomah Community The Gundersen Tomah Clinic is a state-of-the-art facility supporting a high-tech, evidence-based practice. You can stay connected to colleagues throughout the Gundersen system via digital radiology, telemedicine, and a system-wide integrated electronic medical record (Epic). Tomah is a growing community in Southwest Wisconsin, serving a three-county area in the heart of Cranberry Country.

Qualifications and Requirements

Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program and be board certified or eligible within the stated area of medicine.

Must hold or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region without restrictions or limitations.

Medical staff will supervise advanced practice clinicians.

Outreach service may be required as part of the role.

Teaching students, residents, fellows, or clinical staff is a cornerstone of our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation for all medical staff.
