We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Newport Beach, CA. We are seeking a candidate who is interested in working in health optimization, longevity, and hormone replacement medicine. Our ideal candidate exceeds expectations of interpersonal and communication skills among team members and patients, can work independently within the scope of practice, and possesses self-initiative, creativity, and motivation. The incoming PA/NP will be providing medical weight loss consultations and treatments, regen and functional medicine consultations, and hormone therapies. About us:

Some of the services that we offer include IV therapy, NAD+ therapy, wellness tests, vitamin therapy, cryotherapy, medical weight loss, wellness technology, aesthetic services, hormone replacement medicine, and cellular therapies. Duties:
Evaluating, diagnosing, and recommending individualized treatments or products. Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans in conjunction with physicians and colleagues. Order and interpret labs, including blood tests and other diagnostics, and prescribe medications as necessary. Propose tailored treatments based on patient history, conditions, and concerns. Maintain precise records and schedules for efficient workflow. Stay current with advancements in the field and engage in ongoing research. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families on disease prevention and management strategies. Keep thorough and accurate patient records using electronic medical records (EMRs). Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay abreast of best practices and clinical guidelines. Supervise the maintenance inventory of IV ingredients (quantity and safety). Maintain all IV and medications logs, and DEA binders. Adverse reaction management of all procedures on site (including technologies). Requirements:
Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program. PA/NP licensed to practice in CA. Strong foundational knowledge or interest in functional/regen medicine, medical weight loss, and hormone replacement medicine. Demonstrates competency in planning for and providing age-specific care, population-specific care, and individualized-based medicine. Schedule:
Full time. Compensation:
$170k-$200k per year plus bonuses. Benefits:
