Collaborate with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to optimize clinical and administrative workflows, translating them into seamless digital experiences. Responsibilities:
Workflow Optimization
Analyze and map current healthcare workflows to identify digital transformation opportunities.
Work closely with healthcare professionals to understand pain points and process inefficiencies.
User Experience & Design Collaboration
Provide input on UI/UX design, ensuring alignment with healthcare professionals' needs.
Contribute to user journey mapping and workflow documentation.
Assist in prototyping and user testing, gathering feedback for product improvements.
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Work with the Product Manager to prioritize features and enhancements.
Support the development of a product roadmap that balances user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Ensure product specifications meet healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with engineering & QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Communicate user needs effectively across teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in product ownership, preferably in SaaS healthcare applications.
Strong expertise in workflow analysis & optimization for clinical & administrative processes.
Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams to create user-centric designs.
Familiarity with SaaS product development cycles and startup challenges.
Proficient in creating user journey maps and workflow documentation.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Excellent communication skills to articulate workflow requirements to cross-functional teams.
