Full-time outpatient role with dedicated support staff Well-established team of physicians Embedded experienced behavioral health specialist within the practice Located in one of Oregon’s most desirable areas, with easy access to the Oregon Coast, Cascade Mountains, Portland Metro, and Oregon Wine Country 24-month salary guarantee with formal onboarding Mentorship within the department Competitive salary, benefits, CME, and personal leave Opportunity for DOs to include OMT therapy Open to 2025 and 2026 Residents Primary Responsibilities:
Provide general outpatient primary care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans Minimal call duties, primarily telephone-based What makes an Optum organization different?

M.D. or D.O. Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds Active Oregon Medical License or ability to obtain one prior to employment Active DEA registration or ability to obtain one prior to employment The salary range is $226,000 to $366,000 annually, based on full-time employment, experience, and other factors. Benefits include comprehensive coverage, incentive programs, stock options, and 401k.
