The EASTERN Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) is seeking a board-certified, full-time Gastroenterologist to join our team at the Eastern Oklahoma VA Medical Center Hospital in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have a busy clinical practice with interests in outpatient and inpatient consults and management. Supports a 60-bed VA hospital and reports to the Chief of Medicine Specialty. This non-supervisory role offers opportunities for academic appointments and teaching through partnerships with OSUCOM and OUCOM. Applicants must be eligible for VA appointment, hold an MD/DO, and be board-certified or eligible in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. Work Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday, with possible evening or weekend hours. 40 hours/week. Telework options available, but not remote. Minimum Requirements
Must be U.S. Citizen (non-US citizens may be considered) Current, unrestricted medical license in the U.S. Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine Community and Location
