Full-time or Part-time
Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join our team in
Sebring, FL - the City on the Circle . Board Certified/Board Eligible physicians, including residents, are encouraged to apply. Practice Highlights
Established, busy practice with recent renovations and room for growth Large staff of 22 employees, including facilities for mammograms, ultrasounds, and surgeries Typical schedule: approximately 2.5 days in clinic, 1 surgery day, 2 days on Labor & Delivery coverage (flexible) Average daily patient census: 35-40 Deliveries: 40-60 per month Mentorship opportunities for resident physicians Weekend call ratio: 1:5 (Midwives handle first call; physicians second, from home) Deliveries at AdventHealth Sebring Hospital; GYN surgeries at HCA Highlands Hospital Sign-on/retention bonus: $100,000 Location qualifies for Loan Forgiveness Program Competitive salary with productivity bonuses; potential to double salary in year 2 Partnership opportunity in 2 years Flexible schedules (e.g., 2 weeks on/2 weeks off) Full benefits, 401K with match, paid malpractice, 4 weeks PTO, CME allowance City/Location Highlights
