Senior Test Engineer – Aerospace & Defense (ADEF)

ADI’s Aerospace and Defense (ADEF) business focuses on Data‑Converters, Radio Frequency (RF), and Micro‑ElectroMechanical Systems (MEMS). ADEF designs solutions that meet tomorrow’s needs at scale, from autonomous vehicles and drones to augmented reality and remote healthcare.
Job Duties & Responsibilities The ADEF Team is hiring a Test Engineer to design, develop, and implement cost‑effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment throughout all phases of product development and manufacturing. This includes:
Perform basic circuit analysis to identify and resolve simple technical issues.
Document and generate relevant reports on test data.
Operate mixed‑signal test equipment such as signal generators, multimeters, and network analyzers.
Use statistical tools for data analysis and technical presentation.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
Knowledge of aerospace and defense technology, applications, and operations.
Strong background in electronics, circuit analysis, IC test and measurement methods.
Experience with development tools and programming languages such as Cadence, Visual Basic, C++.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to interface and communicate with colleagues and product‑line counterparts.
Willingness to learn professional behaviors and deliver technical presentations.
Participation in group efforts, active listening, and taking direction.

Compensation Expected wage range: $106,500 to $159,750. Actual wages may vary based on location, experience, education, training, market data, and internal pay equity. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance‑based bonus.
