We’re hiring an in‑person Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team in San Diego, CA and help us continue delivering high‑quality, compassionate care in‑office.

Your Role At Cyti
Deliver in‑person therapy for individuals, children (ages 5+), couples, and families.
Conduct clinical assessments and create collaborative, effective treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR.
Participate in optional peer support groups and training sessions.
What You’ll Bring
Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field
Experience working with children is required
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and empathy
Willingness to work fully in‑office at our San Diego location, 3 days a week.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)
