General Manager - Southside McDonald's, a franchisee-operated restaurant, is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable outlet and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant, setting restaurant goals, and creating plans to achieve those goals in collaboration with leadership.

They lead a team of Department Managers, help them set their own goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve each department. The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers.

Qualifications Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations. A background in quick‑service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
