Responsibilities As a Financial Analyst, you will lead, alongside Principals/Business Line Leaders, the financial and analytical aspects of real estate projects within Redgate’s Advisory Services Group. This client‑facing role involves managing relationships with institutional partners, investor partners, and clients across most of the firm’s business lines. Typical assignments include highest and best use studies, acquisition and investment feasibility studies, and disposition analysis for both ground‑up developments and existing assets.

Creating complex financial underwriting models for various real estate transactions (ground‑up developments, acquisitions, dispositions, ground lease transactions, partnership waterfalls, master tenant agreements, equity and debt financings).

Running sensitivity scenarios on input variables (rent, cost, etc.) to assess impacts on IRR, NPV, equity multiple, return on equity, and return on cost.

Reviewing and analyzing investment offering memorandums to glean market information and validate underwriting assumptions.

Building investment, financial, equity/debt pitch books, market soundings, and development solicitation proposals.

Evaluating zoning and market feasibility for potential development projects.

Assisting with due diligence, including analysis of operating information, real estate taxes, and legal documentation.

Interfacing with governmental jurisdictions on zoning, tax, and grant policies and processes.

Compiling market research through broker relationships, industry peers, and online databases.

Maintaining collaborative relationships with the entire Redgate team.

Contributing to process improvement and best‑practice adoption.

Assisting in identifying, pursuing, and winning new business with existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications We seek an entrepreneurial professional with strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will possess:

2‑3 years of relevant work experience in commercial real estate (development, investment analysis, or investment sales).

A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related discipline with strong academic performance.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to build sophisticated underwriting models.

Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and real‑estate research platforms such as CoStar.

Strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and a self‑starter attitude.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management abilities.

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation The salary range is $90,000 – $110,000, contingent on experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you will be eligible for a performance‑based bonus plan. The role also includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring health care coverage, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
