What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with the production team to create and execute visual storylines for remote productions
Direct and technically direct broadcasts using necessary switchers (Ross Carbonite, NewTek, etc.)
Manage pre‑production tasks for assigned broadcasts, webcasts, and in‑venue productions
Serve as director and technical director for NCAA Championship webcasts on NCAA.com
Provide constructive feedback on weekly Tupelo Honey‑produced events
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience on a live‑event production team
Familiarity with Ross Carbonite and/or NewTek Tricaster
Ability to work extended hours and travel as needed Strong organizational and multitasking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Demonstrated experience in live remote productions
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong customer service orientation
Good driving record in standing
