Pay Range: $20 - $22/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process computer orders and returns in a timely manner.
Configure, image, and prepare computers for deployment.
Receive returned computers, perform secure data wiping, and prepare them for reallocation or disposal.
Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper configuration standards and compliance.
Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, imaging tools, and IT asset management.
Understanding of data security and wiping procedures.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
